Fast Worldwide Shipping

At Aesdia, we are committed to ensure that you enjoy a hassle-free jewelry shopping experience. We provide fast, free shipping and insurance to all our shipping destinations, regardless of the order amount. All items are securely packaged and fully insured while in transit to your home or office.

However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays or incorrect addresses are beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable. An alternative shipping method may be used when deemed appropriate to reach your target destination and target delivery date. On the rare occasion that your order is tampered with or lost during shipment, you must report this to Aesdia within 3 days of receiving your tracking number.

For insurance reasons we cannot reroute packages after they have shipped from Aesdia.

For your protection, Aesdia always:

• Insures and registers all items for their full value.
• Requires that all deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

 

Shipping Methods

Most orders are shipped within 2 business days via FedEx, UPS express, DHL express, USPS or EMS mail.
Tracking information will be sent to your order email once ready. Most orders deliver around 5-15 business days, depending on your shipping address location.

Please note: We only ship your order once it has passed through our thorough quality control. Loose diamonds are shipped immediately after passing inspection. All other jewelry and engagement rings will be shipped in one to five days, depending on the production schedule of the item(s).

Track your order

We make it easy for you to know how soon you can expect the delivery of your product. Once your order is shipped, we send you a shipment email along with the tracking number for you to track the product.

Custom Charges and Duties

For all international shipments, customers will be responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes or surcharges levied or charged by their country, so please check with local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm taxes and duties.

Return Shipping

Shipping fees need to be paid by the customer for return or exchange orders.

Aesdia is committed to timely delivery for your order. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays or incorrect addresses are beyond our control. Our estimated delivery time does not include the time it will take for local customs to release international orders.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped.

• All loose diamond orders are typically shipped 2 to 5 days from the order date.
• All made to order items are typically shipped 2 to 10 days from the order date.
