Refund Policy

Returns are processed weekdays and typically entered into our system within 24 business hours of receipt. Once entered into our system you will receive a confirmation email alerting you that your return has been passed along to our quality check. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for this process to complete.

If you are expecting a refund, credit will be submitted to your bank within five business days. All refunds are credited to the same tender as the original purchase:

• Credit and Debit Cards - The same account will be credited.
• Gift Card - Refunds will be given in the form of a new gift card. Gift cards cannot be returned.
• Bank wire refunds typically take 3 to 10 business days after the return has been received.
• PayPal payments will be credited back to your PayPal account within 3 business days.

 

Non-Refundable Items

• - Custom designed jewelry. Items that have been modified, engraved, or resized. items that have previously been exchanged;
• - Engraved jewelry items other than rings may not be returned. All engraved rings may be returned for credit; however, engraving fees are non-refundable. Removal of engraving from any exchanged or resized ring is free, with no additional engraving fee.
• - Diamonds purchased as part of our Diamond Upgrade Program may not be returned for credit, but can be exchanged within 30 days.
• - Special orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
• - Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• - Returns with missing paperwork or product will not be processed.

 

Refund Process

Once we receive the return parcel, our quality assessment team will inspect the item and begin the process of a refund. Returns take approximately 3 business days to process upon receipt of the item. Refunds will be issued via the same method of payment used in the original purchase.
*If the item is not in like-new condition there may be a follow-up email or inquiry for the customer to determine eligibility.

• Refunded amounts will be issued via the method of payment used in the original purchase.
• Refunds to countries other than the United States will be refunded in USD as per the exchange rate at that time – currency fluctuations between the time of purchase and the time of refund cannot be accommodated.
• Aesdia is not responsible for any foreign currency transaction fees that may be charged by the customer’s bank.
• For all credit card refunds, please allow one monthly billing cycle for your credit to appear.
