Return Policy

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

If you're not happy with your purchase, we want to make it right. Our commitment to you does not end at delivery. Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date when they were received, free-of-charge and no questions asked.

Aesdia.com's return policy is the same as for an in-store purchase. You may return or exchange your merchandise within 30 days. If your online purchase was picked up at the store, it must be returned to the same store. Aesdia.com will not accept the return of merchandise picked up at the store.

For all international customers, we offer same 30-day return policy, though the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Return terms:

  • Returned items must be in their original, unworn and unaltered condition, and accompanied by all the original packaging, warranty and documentation.
  • Returns and exchanges are not allowed for custom designs, Custom designed merchandise, and items engraved with personalized information cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Gift cards are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be returned for a cash refund. Any unused portion of the gift card will remain available for future purchases under the same gift card reference code. Aesdia is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
  • com isn't responsible for merchandise that's not received or not returned to the shipping address we provide.

Due to their personalized nature, the following orders are not eligible for returns: Items that have been modified one or more times; Items that are engraved/laser inscribed; Items that have been resized one or more times; Items that have previously been exchanged or upgraded; Custom designed jewelry.

 

Return Process

If we can resolve your issue without a return, we will be happy to do that! If, however, you feel you must return your item, we will ask that you send an email to hello@aesdia.com

Please list your order number with the word “RETURN” in the subject line. In the body of the email state that you would like to return your item and any information you feel will be helpful for us.

 

Pack Your Return Order

  • Ensure all original materials, including the actual product, the original packing box, and all documentation, including the diamond and appraisal certificates, are intact. Please note that a $200 replacement fee per certificate will be charged if the certificate has been lost or tampered with. Appraisal fees are non-refundable.
  • For security reasons, do not write jewelry, diamonds, or other related words anywhere on the package.
  • For safety purposes, please do double-box your package.
  • Aesdia cannot be held responsible for shipping errors – we recommend that customers only use a staffed store-front to send in returned items. Please do not use drop boxes or non-staffed locations.
  • Obtain a shipping receipt to confirm that the item has been shipped - this receipt will act as proof of shipment and insurance.
  • Aesdia recommends purchasing insurance on the package up to the replacement value.

Please allow enough time for the return product to be received, delays may occur due to customs clearance procedures. Please also note that after a significant holiday, heavier return volumes can double the normal return processing times.
